Guilford Village West Mixed-Use Development

Guilford Village West is a major mixed-use development planned for 1940 Boston Post Road featuring 162 apartments and approximately 13,500 square feet of commercial space. The developer, Robert Sachs of Cherry Hill Construction, confirmed in January 2026 that Starbucks, Chipotle, and Aldi Supermarket are signed or very close to signing and finalizing leases for the property. The residential portion includes a clubhouse, pool, tennis court, two pickleball courts, and dog park. About 12% of units (20 units) are designated as affordable housing with below-market-rate rentals. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the site plan on September 3, 2026.
