Long Lots Elementary School Construction Underway

The Long Lots Elementary School Building Committee continues construction on the new Long Lots Elementary School and Stepping Stones Preschool facility. The project was approved by all town boards and commissions in June 2025 and received a state grant. The new facility is expected to be completed in the Fall 2027 school year, featuring modern educational, environmental, and accessibility standards. Eversource awarded approximately $1 million in energy incentives due to the building's sustainable design.
